Returns & Refunds policy
At MilletAura Wellness, we prioritize product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy.
1. No Returns on Food Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once food products have been delivered.
2. Eligible Refund / Replacement Cases
Refunds or replacements may be provided only under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Packaging is tampered or visibly broken at the time of delivery
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
• Share order details and invoice number
Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
4. Verification Process
All claims are subject to verification by our team. MilletAura Wellness reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on evidence provided.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved:
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 working days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Cancellations before dispatch may be accepted at our discretion.
7. Policy Changes
MilletAura Wellness reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page
